Wellness Webinars

New for 2025! Stand-alone mental health webinars on topics relevant to people working in higher education and research.

Webinars are an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills about a common problem. They are also known in mental health communities as "workshops", but this does not mean the same thing as it does in academia! You will not be expected to talk or share your own experience. Find out more about the difference between a workshop and therapy here.

Open to anyone working in or around academia and presented online. Sign up to receive an email when new workshops are added.

What are you registering for?

This event is a wellness workshop and not a therapy service. While the workshop may be provided by a licensed professional counselor your attendance/participation does not establish a client-therapist relationship, nor is it a continuation/extension of existing therapy. None of the legal HIPAA requirements, nor the expectation of privacy to which you are entitled in therapy are required or offered in this workshop. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please call 988 for assistance.
